1. Gluten-free Christmas Dessert Recipes: Gluten-free sticky toffee pudding

Let’s kick off my top 30 gluten-free Christmas dessert recipes with an absolute classic that’s been made hundreds of times by you guys.

Best of all, it’s super easy to make – instead of making individual puddings, you just make one big traybake, then cut and serve. So it’s perfect if you have a few guests over too.

You just can’t beat that super soft and fluffy sponge with lots of sticky toffee sauce. Well, here’s 19 more recipes that will certainly try!

2. Gluten-free Bailey’s Cheesecake (No-bake)

You just can’t fault Baileys at Christmas, can you? First of all, yes, Baileys is gluten-free!

So why not celebrate that fact by making this beauty? It has a chocolatey, buttery biscuit base, topped with a creamy Baileys filling and Baileys truffles.

All you need to do is mix it up and chill it!

Tap here for the recipe.

3. Gluten-free Profiteroles

You’d be very surprised to learn just how incredibly easy it is to make your own gluten-free choux pastry.

Best of all – it tastes 100% IDENTICAL to gluten-filled choux pastry in both taste and texture.

Simply pipe the filling into them, or even easier, cut them in half and spoon in the filling. You can also use this recipe to make eclairs – just pipe/spoon the dough into lines instead.

Easy!

4. Gluten-free Christmas Dessert Recipes: Gluten-free White Chocolate Cheesecake (No-Bake)

This is an absolute winner and is definitely my personal fave out of all my gluten-free Christmas dessert recipes!

I topped this showstopper with Lindt white chocolate truffles and whilst not ALL Lindt truffles are gluten-free… the white chocolate ones definitely are.

It really is the truffle on the cheesecake – hm, icing on the cake sounds better, doesn’t it?

5. Chocolate Orange Toblerone Tart (No-bake)

And yes – chocolate orange Toblerone is gluten-free too!

So when I found out, naturally, I HAD to make this. There’s no pastry-making required – the ‘pastry case’ is actually a buttery biscuit base. Easy to make and tastes amazing!

You’ll have to keep the muggles away from this one for certain!

Tap here for the recipe.

6. Gluten-free Chocolate Orange Fondants

Sometimes, you just need to impress everyone with a cute little pud with an oozing, chocolatey melting middle.

And this is exactly the recipe to do it! Since Terry’s chocolate orange isn’t gluten-free (no thanks to a pesky ‘may contain gluten’ warning) this is the best way to get that festive flavour.

Fortunately, Cadbury’s chocolate orange buttons are gluten-free – I made the most of that as you can see!

7. Gluten-free Chocolate Orange Profiteroles

And if you want to mix up your profiteroles a bit, why not make this crowd-pleaser? Again, it’s incredibly easy to make your own gluten-free choux pastry.

They’re filled with a chocolate orange filling and topped with a chocolate orange ganache – if you only make one of gluten-free Christmas dessert recipes, make this one!

Can you tell that I really like chocolate orange yet?

8. Gluten-free Hot Chocolate Pudding

This chocolatey wonder is based on the same concept as my gluten-free sticky toffee pudding you saw earlier.

It’s one big, SUPER soft and moist chocolate pudding traybake, which can easily serve a crowd. Plus, it’s WAY easier to make when compared to making them in individual pudding moulds.

All that’s left to do is pour on that decadent hot chocolate sauce and enjoy. After the year we’ve had, I think you’ve earned it!

9. Gluten-free Christmas Dessert Recipes: Gluten-free Bailey’s No-Bake Tart

Yes, there’s a lot of Baileys in this post, so be prepared!

This is yet another no-bake tart winner – a chocolatey, buttery biscuit base filled with a creamy, indulgent chocolate-Baileys filling.

Then it’s finished with drizzled white chocolate and my secret weapon… Baileys truffles. Yes – they’re gluten-free too, see the FAQ section in the full recipe post for a link to them.

10. Gluten-free White Chocolate and Raspberry Cheesecake (No-bake)

This one is a reader favourite all year round, so why not at Christmas too?

You just CANNOT beat the flavour combo of white chocolate and raspberry, so why even bother trying?

This is another no-bake cheesecake that’s super easy to make. So what are you waiting for?

I really wanted to make every sentence end with a question mark for some reason, but I’ve just realised I’ve ruined it with this sentence. Oh well.

Tap here for the recipe.

11. Dairy-free ‘Oreo’ Cheesecake (No-bake)

And why should you have to miss out on an EPIC dessert this Christmas if you’re dairy-free AND gluten-free?

Answer: you definitely shouldn’t have to! Nobody would EVER know this is df and gf – and whilst Oreos aren’t gluten-free, you can easily find gluten-free (supermarket own-brand) ‘Oreos’ down the free from aisle.

If you can tolerate dairy, there’s also instructions in the FAQ section on the recipe post on how to make it using dairy products too.

This isn’t the only dairy-free no-bake cheesecake in my top 30 gluten-free Christmas dessert recipes list, so keep scrolling for the other one…

12. Snickers No-Bake Caramel Tart

Yes, that’s right. Snickers are gluten-free!

So this is my tribute to discovering that fact. It’s a buttery biscuit base case, with a layer of peanut caramel, topped with chocolate and finished with chopped Snickers.

If that sentence didn’t convince you then nothing will, so I’m moving on to the next one!

Tap here for the recipe.

13. 5-Ingredient Cheat’s Gluten-free Trifle

It isn’t really Christmas without trifle is it? But since we can’t just buy one like 90% of muggles will, I really wanted to make one that was almost as easy as buying one from the supermarket.

So here it is! The bottom layer is jelly, gluten-free Madeleines (from the free from aisle) and fresh berries. Then, it’s topped with ready-made custard and freshly sliced strawberries.

Lastly, finish with whipped double cream and more strawberries. Yes – that’s it!

14. Gluten-free ‘Kinder Bueno’ Cheesecake (No-bake)

Kinder Buenos are definitely NOT gluten-free, but guess what? Schar Meltos are a 99% replica of those gluten-filled Buenos.

So pick up a few bars and you’re ready to make this beauty! This is a must-try for anyone who really misses Kinder Bueno, like I did.

I’m gonna throw a few more no-bake cheesecakes at you now (not literally, that would be a messy waste) so let’s do it…

Tap here for the recipe.

15. Gluten-free Christmas Dessert Recipes: Gluten-free Crunchie Cheesecake (No-bake)

YES – Crunchie bars are actually gluten-free! In case you didn’t know, quite a few chocolate bars have a ‘may contain’ warning for wheat or gluten.

So it’s quite a rare sight when one doesn’t. This is the ultimate bend of chocolate, vanilla cheesecake filling and that unmistakable honeycomb flavour.

Best of all, there’s no gluten-free flour required and you don’t even need to turn the oven on!

Tap here for the recipe.

16. Toblerone Cheesecake (No-bake)

And yup, Toblerone is gluten-free too – the milk chocolate AND white chocolate version.

So obviously, I had to use both!! Toblerone is my fave Christmas treat so I combined it with my other fave Christmas treat… an epic no-bake cheesecake.

Trust me, there is nobody who would look at this and turn it down!

Time to roll on even more gluten-free Christmas dessert recipes…

17. Dairy-free Vanilla Cheesecake (No-bake)

Believe it or not, it’s incredibly easy to make a gluten-free AND dairy-free cheesecake that tastes like one which uses dairy products.

You just need to know which dairy-free alternatives to use. Fortunately, I’ve listed them all in the FAQ section of my dairy-free vanilla cheesecake recipe.

And best of all, nobody would ever even know it’s dairy-free and gluten-free!

Tap here for the recipe.

18. Gluten-free Self-Saucing Pudding

Super soft chocolate pudding on top and chocolate sauce hiding beneath? Sign me up!

No need to make a separate sauce for this wonder pud at all.

Simply top with ice cream and caramel, if you’re feeling fancy. Just grab a spoon and dig in.

Tap here for the recipe.

19. Gluten-free Baked New York Cheesecake

Though I LOVE no-bake cheesecakes because all you need to do is whip them up and chill them, a BAKED cheesecake is something entirely different.

Somehow, the biscuit base tastes EVEN BETTER after baking and the filling has more of a super THICK and creamy taste/texture.

(apparently I love capitalising RANDOM words in this part)

Topping with raspberries and raspberry compote just finishes this beauty off perfectly.

20. Gluten-free Christmas Dessert Recipes: Gluten-free Baileys Yule Log

This was the final recipe in my top 20 gluten-free Christmas dessert recipes… but I’ve now added 10 more to make it 30! It’s my one and only Baileys yule log. I’m sure you know by now that I love Baileys a little too much at Christmas.

So why not combine all my fave Christmas flavours into one, truly awesome Yule log?

It’s got the creamy flavour of Baileys combined with indulgent chocolate buttercream and sweet, fluffy Baileys whipped cream, all in one bite.

Top with Baileys truffles and thank me later!

21. Gluten-free Peach Almondine Recipe

An incredibly quick and easy dessert to throw together, yet it looks and tastes like you’ve spent hours creating such a masterpiece!

It’s essentially the same almond sponge you’d get in a Bakewell tart (frangipane), but there’s no need for any pastry here! The tinned peaches make the sponge super-duper moist and more-ish, with a combination of peach, sweet almond and vanilla in each bite.

Simply serve with vanilla ice cream and ponder why you didn’t make this sooner.

22. Gluten-free No-Bake Apple Crumble Cheesecake Recipe

When you need a dessert that’s capable of getting ‘oohs’ and ‘aahs’ from both gluten-eating and gluten-free dinner guests, look no further than this beauty.

The base is super buttery and crunchy and a little thicker than most too – just the way I like it.

The vanilla cheesecake filling is soft, light and creamy packed with chunky, cinnamon tinged apple. Of course, who could forget that arrangement of caramelised apple and buttery crumbled shortbread on top for the ultimate (yet very easy to do) finishing touch?

All that’s left to do is drizzle over some store-bought caramel!

23. Gluten-free Christmas Dessert Recipes: Black Forest No-Bake Cheesecake

This no-bake wonder is super easy to throw together and it doesn’t even need any gluten-free flour either. No oven required!

The story all starts with a buttery, chocolatey biscuit base, topped with a light and fluffy chocolate cheesecake filling, infused with a little Kirsch.

Then, a layer of cherry jam that’s packed with cherries soaked in Kirsch comes next, adding that ultimate, boozy, black forest flavour.

And of course, a boatload of grated chocolate and Kirsch-infused whipped cream doesn’t hurt either!

24. Gluten-free Chocolate Caramel No-bake Tart

This is basically the *ultimate* dessert for caramel lovers with a chocolate tinge for good measure. Best of all, it’s 100% no-bake so there’s no need to even switch the oven on!

Every bite has a thick layer of sweet, sticky caramel (like you’d find in a millionaire’s) and is absolutely perfect for anybody with a sweet tooth.

Then, it’s topped with a creamy, chocolatey ganache, all sitting inside of a chocolate biscuit base case.

And of course, I chose to finish mine with salted caramel truffles and a little drizzling of caramel sauce, but the finishing is totally up to you. It’s basically like a posh millionaire’s!

25. Gluten-free Cookie Pie

It’s crisp on the outside, with gooey cookie dough, melty chocolate chips and a layer of gooey chocolate spread in the middle. Simply serve warm with vanilla ice ream!

Because it’s essentially a thick slab of cookie, the middle stays soft like cookie dough (because it is cookie dough!) and it gets all that lovely chocolate spread or Nutella baked right into it.

But despite all that awesome chocolatey-ness, it’s actually incredibly easy to make dairy-free too – see the FAQ section on the recipe post for advice on how to do that.

It’s every gluten-free person’s dream dessert!

26. Gluten-free Chocolate Meringue Pie

The ultimate dessert that anyone can make! Plus, as it’s a biscuit base, there’s no pastry making required.

This one is incredibly simple – it’s essentially a chocolate biscuit base filled with a 3-ingredient chocolate ganache.

Simply whip up the Italian meringue mixture and plonk on top, that’s it! Unlike regular meringue, Italian meringue stays really soft and marshmallow-y, making this dessert truly unique yet easy to pull off.

27. Gluten-free Percy Pig Profiteroles

Making choux pastry without gluten is easier than you’d think! Then all that’s left to do is assemble them and pig in… erm, I mean, dig in!

The choux pastry is INCREDIBLY light, crisp on the outside with lots of room inside for that thick and creamy, white chocolate filling.

Then, simply top with a homemade raspberry glaze and enjoy with a cheeky Percy Pig or two.

Tap here for the recipe.

28. Gluten-free Bailey’s Melting Middle Chocolate Pots

Yep – it’s yet another easy-to-bake dessert that never fails to impress, so once again… get your ramekins at the ready!

Unfortunately, if you’re gluten-free, desserts like this are exactly what you WON’T find available to buy in supermarkets.

All you need to do is create one mixture, pour it into your ramekins and that’s it. It honestly couldn’t be easier.

The exterior is an incredibly, soft light and fluffy chocolate cake, yet with a slightly crisp exterior that holds all that wonderful, melting middle. The middle is oozing and gooey – like chocolate lava, with tons of Baileys flavour.

Tap here for the recipe.

29. Gluten-free Triple Chocolate No-Bake Cheesecake

First of all, that biscuit base isn’t just buttery, crunchy and thick, but it’s also super chocolatey thanks to the cocoa power. That’s the first of the chocolate trilogy, adding a lovely milk chocolate-like taste.

Then, the filling… oh wow, the filling! It’s incredibly creamy, fluffy yet indulgently thick and packed with the harmonious flavours of sweet white chocolate and either dark or milk chocolate, depending on what you fancy.

Then, simply top with a little grated white chocolate and whatever festive gluten-free chocolate treats you can get your hands on.

Tap here for the recipe.

30. Gluten-free Apple Crumble

The filling is crammed with soft, sticky, caramelised apple, with a subtle glow of cinnamon. Trust me – you just can’t beat homemade apple crumble filling!

Then, it’s topped with a crunchy, buttery, crumble mixture (with added chew if you add the gluten-free oats) that’s the perfect contrast to all those tender chunks of gooey apple.

Simply serve with hot gluten-free custard or vanilla ice cream and makewhenever you fancyfor the rest of your life. Or that’s what I do anyway!
